in der Pfarrei Rugari in der Dioezese Goma. Die Bewohner mussten mehrfach ihre Haeuser verlassen, Schulen und Kapellen wurden zerstoert. Viele Menschen sind von Soldaten misshandelt worden und sind traumatisiert. Ausser einem Kochtopf besitzen sie nichts. Mittlerweile bestellen sie wieder ihre Felder und beginnen mit dem Wiederaufbau ihrer Haeuser. Die Region liegt im Regenwald unter dem Vulkan Mikeno. Malaria und Diarrhea sind weit verbreitet, die Not der Menschen gross und die Lebensumstaende katastrophal.
