Die Wasserversorgung der Menschen extrem problematisch, weil die Leitungen und Rohre der städtischen Wasserleitung aus der Kolonialzeit stammen und bleiverseucht sind. Die Menschen haben Angst vor dem Trinkwasser. Es gab sorgar schon Tote wegen der Kontamination.
